Rangpur Architectural Design Ltd. was established with a singular vision: to transform the construction landscape of Northern Bangladesh by delivering world-class architectural design and construction services with absolute integrity.
From our headquarters at Liberty Complex, Station Road, Rangpur, we have grown into a full-service construction powerhouse with three specialized divisions — the Thinkers Tank, Technical Team, and Office Staff — each playing a critical role in our project lifecycle.
Under the leadership of Chairman Mohammad Jahangir and Managing Director Facrul Islam Shamim, RADL continues to set benchmarks in quality, safety, and client satisfaction across Bangladesh.

2018
Company Foundation
RADL Founded in Rangpur
Rangpur Architectural Design Ltd. established at Liberty Complex, Station Road, Rangpur with a founding team of visionary architects and engineers.
2019
First Project Taken
First Project Undertaken
RADL took on its first project, laying the foundation for the company's reputation as a reliable design and construction partner in Rangpur.
2021
Division Expansion
Three-Division Model Introduced
Formalized the Thinkers Tank, Technical Team, and Office Staff divisions for structured, scalable project execution — the same year two new projects were taken on.
2023
First Project Completed
Client Portal & CRM Launched
Completed our first project and, the same year, introduced a digital client portal & CRM allowing real-time project tracking, payment management, and document access.
2025
Second Project Completed
Second Project Delivered
One of the two projects taken in 2021 was successfully completed and handed over to the client.
2026
Growing & Expanding
Third Project Nearing Completion
The third project is almost complete, two more projects are currently running, and RADL is planning to take on 3 additional projects soon.
